There are four lakes located on this property, each lake is approximately 10 acres.

Cold Water Lake
Cold Water Lake is a quintessential West Texas rock quarry lake; it has 25 acres of water full pool.
This lake has very little vegetation around the shoreline and high cliffs extending vertically from the water characterize all banks except the West and North shore. The shallow part of the lake is found along the West and North shores. There are several rock structures that jut prominently from the floor of the quarry to just below the surface of the water. Native Largemouth Bass and Catfish make up the mainstay of the fish population of this lake. Some Sand Bass have been caught on this lake. |
Spring Lake
Spring Lake is an excavated quarry, it has a full pool volume of 15 acres.
Spring lake is a high character lake that has many nooks and crannies filled with cattails on the West and North shorelines, the East shoreline has mature trees down to the bank often overhanging the water with cut back earthen banks forming the shoreline. The South shore has a shallow rock protective reef extending out approximately 50 from the shoreline and then dropping rapidly to 24 feet. Native Largemouth Bass and Catfish make up the mainstay of the fish population.. |
Stump Patch Lake
Stump Patch Lake is a shallow pool lake that has an average depth of 5 feet with the deepest part of the lake at 8 feet, it has a full pool volume of 6 acres.
This lake has an East Texas feel to it with multiple stick-ups and vegetation both in the water and along the shoreline. Native Largemouth Bass, Catfish, and Sunfish make up the mainstay of the fish population. Top water, soft plastics, and crank baits are deadly on this lake.. |
Little PK LakeLittle PK Lake is an excavated rock quarry lake. It has 15 acres of water at full pool.
A rectangular shaped lake defined by high steep cliffs that meet the water and continue down to depths of 25 feet give this lake the distinctive look and feel of Possum Kingdom Lake. Native largemouth and catfish make up the mainstay of the fish population. |
